New ideas
Were always interested to hear about research partners for projects and programmes.
Our Research papers including Leading through practice and Boxed in: how cultural policies constrict black artists were enabled though collaborations with experienced researchers and institutions, with a-n providing wide distribution of their pertinent, timely visual arts evidence, to support further debate and arts policy development. We often collaborate with universities and others in evidence-gathering and dissemination.
Our particular interests include new models of visual arts practice, visual arts and cultural identity and widening access. We are also interested to hear from academic and cultural industries researchers who would like to interrogate our expansive archive of in-depth user-generated evidence – reviews, listings and artists’ project blogs - within their studies.
