Core Gallery is a London-based not for profit artist-led initiative, comprising a team of internationally established artists and graduates, committed to the development of critical exchange between art appreciators, professionals and independent spaces alike. Managed by RCA graduate and AIR Council member, Rosalind Davis partnered with Jane Boyer, Elizabeth Murton and Annabel Tilley, Core has devised an educational programme that stretches from peer led and one to one critiques, group exhibitions, professional practice workshops and a number of artist's and curator lectures. Together these are intended as a platform to stimulate and develop a healthy flow of ideas and a basis to build constructive relationships. Core Gallery also aims to serve its local artistic community by providing affordable studio spaces for artists. Cor Blimey studio complex is a supportive artistic environment and a flexible exhibition space, fuelling an energetic and productive atmosphere that is key to its success.
