Assistant Curator (Performance)
WHO: Applicants must have min two years previous admin and production experience in a similar environment; Previous experience of event organisation; A knowledge of contemporary performance practice; A proven ability to multi-task and work within a complex production environment; Previous experience of budget administration; An ability to assess priorities and meet deadlines; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Excellent written, verbal and IT communication skills.
WHAT: Arnolfini is seeking to recruit an Assistant Curator to support and provide efficient administration and delivery of Performance elements of the artistic programme and related projects.
WHEN: Applicants would ideally be available to start work from September 2012, although this is not essential for the right candidate. Hours will be 40 hours a week. This post is offered on a permanent basis. Closing date: Noon Thursday 16 August. Interviews: Friday 24 August.
PAYMENTS: The salary is offered at Grade 4, £19,000 (entry level) per annum pro rata, rising to £19,425 on successful completion of a six month probationary period.
