V&A Gallery Assistants

WHO: to succeed in this role you will have good visitor care skills and an understanding of the importance of security and safety in a large public building. You will enjoy working in a “customer-first” environment and be able to react to the different needs of the V&A’s diverse range of visitors.

WHAT: the V&A is the world’s leading museum of art and design. The museum enriches people’s lives by promoting the practice of design and increasing knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of the designed world. A number of Gallery Assistants are currently being recruited to join the Visitor Services team. Gallery Assistants are responsible for a range of visitor services including safety, security, the provision of information and interaction with visitors.

PAYMENTS: salary £16 329-£19 628.
