WHO: glass artists, regardless of experience. Students currently studying on an accredited full or part-time Further or Higher Education course at a college or university. Any glass worker who has begun working in the glass medium within the past twelve months and has not sold their work commercially.
WHAT: Warm Glass UK is an internet-based mail order art glass supplier. Every year the company runs a prize for kilnformed glass. The Warm Glass UK Glass Prize brief for 2008 is to design and make a piece of contemporary glass with the title "INFLUENCES". Entries must have been made since 1 January 2008.
PAYMENTS: prizes will be awarded in three categories: Artist's Prize, Student's Prize and Newcomer's Prize.
