WHO: people to join mentor bank who have set up a small business or work on a freelance basis and who understand the mutual benefits of a mentoring relationship people to join mentor bank.
WHAT: No prior experience of mentoring is necessary - we will provide a ½ day workshop for people to come together to share their experience of mentoring and to establish common principles and good practice in relation to supporting the making it_ programme. The first of these will take place on January 14 from 9.30 - 12.30. We will broker the relationship between mentor and mentee and provide mentoring tools: learning contracts and guidance.
WHEN: September 2009 until March 2011
PAYMENTS: £30 per hour for the mentor's time, up to a maximum to be agreed in advance.
