This privacy policy sets out how a-n The Artists Information Company (a-n). uses and protects any information that you give a-n when you use on our websites (www.a-n.co.uk, new.a-n.co.uk and www.itool.co.uk).

- To improve our products and services
- To help prevent misuse of the community services.

Email communications
The majority of our emails we send contain an unsubscribe link that you can use to stop that type of email from being sent to you. There is also a page on the website Join in > My messages where you can also control what email you receive.
Controlling your personal information
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to The Data Controller, a-n The Artists Information Company.
Subscribers can view and amend most of the personal details hold on you by going to Join in > My account
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
