Escape to the creative atmosphere of West Dean College and partake in the life-enhancing Tapestry and Textile Art – explore and experiment six week course. The West Dean Experience: West Dean College is at the heart of the 6,400 acre West Dean Estate near Chichester – which will form part of the recently announced South Downs National Park. The College and its important archive and decorative art collection are housed in an exceptional early 19 century flint-faced country house. Retaining the important State Rooms for meetings and student seminars, parts of the house have been specially converted into purpose-built studios and workshops.
