Apna Creatives Micro Commission- Call for Submissions. [ 18 April 2011 ]
The Manchester Mega Mela is a festival celebrating South Asian culture. Apna Creatives is a new strand of the festival delivered in partnership with Cornerhouse and the Micro Commision shcheme. The festival will consider work that influence, engage and show a connection with South Asia’s cultures and people and the Mela’s overall theme, Destination South Asia. All disciplines are considered although work must be for a new project that extends practice into new areas.
