Outside IN is a new project which aims to increase the number of disabled and deaf artists working in partnership with mainstream galleries. The New Art Gallery Walsall is inviting proposals from all artists who feel they work under the description of disability arts. The emphasis of the commission is on the creation of new ideas and engaging audiences within this process, rather than exhibiting a resolved outcome.
