Located in the heart of Lincoln, The Collection is made up of the award-winning museum and the Usher Gallery which together make a vibrant cultural centre for the city, county and region. The Collection is one of Arts Council England's National Portfolio Organisations and will be embarking upon a three year programme in April. The post holder will be involved in all aspects of maintaining NPO status; this will include development and delivery of the programme, achieving performance targets, forward planning, monitoring, evaluation and the production of reports.
