WHO: Researchers are expected to have attained a level equivalent to a master’s degree, and preferably to have some years of professional experience.
WHAT: The Jan van Eyck Academie is an institute for research and production in the fields of fine art, design and theory, based in Maastricht in the south of The Netherlands. The academy offers individuals and institutes the opportunity to submit research or production proposals. Candidates are requested to submit proposals for research and/or production and to indicate the length of the desired research period (minimum 1 month, maximum 24 months).
WHEN: 1 Jan 2012- 31 Dec 2012/13 (Researchers can chose 1 or 2 year period).
PAYMENTS: Researchers who fully commit to the institute receive an annual stipend of € 9,360 paid in 13 instalments of € 720.
