WHO: Highly motivated individuals with a passion for contemporary art and culture, and a commitment to encouraging participation and engagement.

WHAT: Through our innovative participation programme we engage a broad range of people, from toddlers to the over 60’s, from the former education sector to a local traveller community, while our work with children with Autism and SEN has been described as ’exemplary’. The appointed candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to take forward and develop this programme, leading a team of project co-ordinators and freelance artists.
