WHO: professional artists born after 1968 who have trained at Fine Arts faculties in any country.

WHAT: the Guasch-Coranty Foundation announces the call for its International Painting Prize. The prize seeks to promote and disseminate the most innovative pictorial art on an international scale, this being understood as a broad discipline that may include new supports. The works will be judged according to both their technical and conceptual quality in relation to the new language of contemporary art.

WHEN: 2010

PAYMENTS: E25,000 first prize, two special mention prizes of E8,000 and each finalist will receive E600 expenses.

CHARGES: selected finalists responsible for transport and insurance costs of work to the exhibition. The foundation pays for the return of work.
