Janie Nicoll

I am a visual artist based in Glasgow, graduating from Edinburgh College of Art in 1989 and Glasgow School of Art MFA course in 1997. I have worked in a freelance capacity for the last ten years after working as a part time lecturer and as a full time Gallery Manager. I have undertaken residencies at Callendar House, Falkirk; a Boatelier Residency on the Rochdale Canal; Self Help Graphics, Los Angeles; Edinburgh Royal Infirmary Neonatal Unit; Shining Cliff International Residency, Nottingham; Generator Projects, Dundee. Curatorial projects include HALLelujah!; The Consequence video screenings, Lowsalt Gallery; 'Sh[out] Documents Website for GOMA.
