Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000 http://www.a-n.co.uk/artists_talking/projects/single/464793 http://www.a-n.co.uk/artists_talking/projects/single/464793 It seems this uncertainty of mine was short-lived.  As I have experienced the last couple of years my art and the feelings that surround it take a constant 'tumble-drying'.  Ideas often soak my mind and the confidence I have in it is great, however when the ideas fail to materialise for one reason or another the initial excited approach I take to my work slowly dries out. But I try not to dwell on that fact; for making art is a constant turmoil of ups, downs and successes and failures... it is the only way. On the up a second commission has surfaced; a paper scene for a film funded by Goldsmiths University.  (More information will be available in the near future).  It means I can make work of my own style and adapt it to the context of others... brilliant! Now to research..........
