Illuminated Falling

I am embarking on a new body of work, some revisiting old themes with a new approach, some totally new to me and a lot just arising as I go along. Illuminated Falling is a state of mind/of working a way to let my work breathe and be. Its imagery arises from this and will hopefully lead to an exhibition of the same name.

Falling away from.....

The fantasy about succeeding, the idea of failing, the need for validation, moaning about the lack of time/money, the idea of coherence, over controlling style/meaning/content.

 

Falling towards....

Not knowing, peace of mind, everything, I have no idea, life/death, creativity, doing/being/isness.
