ARTISTS TALKING

Hi has anyone had any experience of the Creative Partnerships in schools?I have spoken to fellow artistes and it appears that wha they ask for can change at a whim.In other words you go in with a workshop agreed and it changes before your very eyes in to something that has not been thought out.

Any thoughts or opinions?
