New user features that have recently been added to www.a-n.co.uk

Forums

Subscribers with a personal login can now use Forums on www.a-n.co.uk gaining access to a safe and supportive environment amongst a community of peers. Includes:

Virtual Coffee House for informal chat
News and Debate to share and discuss visual arts news and debate issues pertinent to the visual arts
Work/Life balance for discussions around balancing creative, practical, financial and family aspects of life
Swapshop to swap, share, sell or seek materials, equipment, facilities, skills
Critical discussion for in-depth critical wranglings on all things
Know-how to seek solutions and share knowledge
New forum ideas to contribute and discuss ideas for development of your community

More forums are in the pipeline designed to meet the needs of other subscription types which will be accessible to all.


Bookmark and share tools: site users can now post up article links direct to social networking and news sharing sites, using AddThis widget in grey panel on right hand side of articles.

My bookmarks: subscribers can now bookmark articles, including blogs, reviews and jobs and opps listings. More info here.

Comment on articles: subscribers can now add comments to Knowledge bank articles. Soon to be extended to all articles.

Jobs and opps email alerts: subscribers can now sign up to receive email alerts for jobs and opps added over the last 24 hour period, selected individually by category or the whole lot. Find out more here.
