WHO: recent graduates or post-graduates with experience or particular interest in the arts.

WHAT: three-month internship providing evaluation experience by assisting with collecting and processing data and producing evaluation reports on Creative Learning projects/events. Interns will gain experience in working with both quantitative and qualitative data. Candidates must have strong organizational, administrative, computer and verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented.

WHEN: candidates should ideally be available to start on the 21 Feb 2011. We recommend that interns attend at least 3 days a week during core hours of 10:00 - 18:00 for a period of three months, but we offer as much flexibility as we can

CHARGES: basic travel and lunch expenses will be reimbursed.

DETAILS: examples of the daily activities are: Database management; Attending project activities and observations; Conducting in-depth interviews with young people, workshop leaders, artists and teachers; Helping produce evaluation analysis reports; Assisting in project management tasks.
