WHO: practitioners from all creative backgrounds – those with cross-art form experience particularly welcome, especially those who live in Harrow and the surrounding area.
WHAT: freelance pool for future participatory projects. You should be able to inspire others to engage with and take ownership of the creative process. The participation programme encompasses all art forms and matches the diversity of programmed events. Both in-house and off-site projects aim to engage with Harrow’s diverse communities across all age ranges.
WHEN: submissions will be kept on file and practitioners contacted when appropriate opportunities arise.
