WHAT: Artists are invited to submit CV’s and images for consideration to be placed on a shortlist for creating a permanent outdoor artwork(s) for the the M7 Limerick-Nenagh and N7 Limerick Tunnel. Up to five artists will be short-listed from submissions and invited to make detailed proposals and prepare budgets for this commission. These short-listed artists will be paid €500 to prepare a proposal.
