WHO: Professional artists in mid or advanced career stages of established ability with a working knowledge of French.

WHAT: This multi-disciplinary creative centre offers a unique residency environment for visual artist, writers or musicians. This residency focusses on communiaction and development of ideas between artists and artists' groups with open discussion on contemporary art practice. The resulting work is to be discussed in workshops and presented to the public.

WHEN: 2 month residency (dates to be arranged by mutual agreement between the artist and the institution).

PAYMENTS: The following expenses are covered: return ticket, board and lodging with private bedroom and bathroom, individual studio, some materials and full use of the centres technical equipment.

CHARGES: Participants are expected to contribute some funds towards their residency although main costs relating to practice are covered.

DETAILS: Artists must be willing to conduct workshops or make a presentation of their work to the public. It is requested that one piece of work is contributed to Camac's permanent collection.
