• Click on the Write a review tab on the left hand side of the page. This will open up a new page with blank fields labeled Course title, University, Town/city etc.
• Complete as many of the fields in the form as you can - they are designed to structure the review and to provide search and sort facilities.
• Save your review by clicking the Save and preview button.
• When you are happy with your review click Publish review.

Your review is now live.

From www.a-n.co.uk/degrees_unedited go to My reviews.

• Select the review you want to alter.
• Click Edit review.
• Scroll down to Email notification and click [ ] Enabled.
  If you no longer want to receive notifications click [ ] Disabled.

Email notifications are automatically sent when a comment is published. However the comment writer may rethink what they have written and delete their comment before the author of the review has had the opportunity to view it.

After you have saved your review and you are in the preview window click the Add image link in the user panel in the right hand column.

To get to the preview window from elsewhere click Manage my reviews, select the review you want to add an image to. Then click the Add image link.

You can add up to five images to a review.

The thumb-sized image that appears in the list of reviews is the first image you upload. You can manipulate the order of your images by going to Manage images and using the Display order up and down buttons.

The image file you select for uploading must be in .jpg, .png or .gif format and must less than 1Mb file size. If it does not meet this specification your image upload will fail.

The review that gets shown as the Latest review on Interface home page is the last review that been added and published. It will remain there until someone else adds and publishes a review.

The home page is refreshed every fifteen minutes - this is to speed how quickly it displays. After publishing your review it will therefore take up to fifteen minutes to appear on the home page.

When you upload images they are automatically processed to the sizes required by the website. It will not however attempt to increase the size of your original to meet the 480pxl size for the large image - to do so would degrade the quality of the image. Wherever possible use images larger than 480pxls

Yes. From www.a-n.co.uk/degrees_unedited go to My Reviews and click on the relevant review. You can edit, publish/unpublish, delete , or add an image to your review.

Videos must be hosted by an external source such as YouTube »

You need to register for a free YouTube account in order to upload content. YouTube automatically converts your video files into Flash and provides you with the Video embed code (HTML code) required to upload video to your Degrees unedited review.

Once your video has been uploaded to YouTube click Embed (found to the right hand side underneath your video). This will provide you with the Video embed code.

Go to www.a-n.co.uk/degrees_unedited and click My reviews.

• Select the review you want to add video to.
• Click Add a post.
• Scroll down the page and click Add video.
• Enter the Video embed code along with a description of your video.
• Click Save and preview.
