John Moores Painting Prize bursaries
We have three opportunties around the John Moores Painting Prize this year.
The John Moores Painting Prize is part of the 2010 Liverpool Biennial and is the leading contemporary painting prize int he UK. It runs from 18 September. The successful applicants will be invited to attend the opening events and the press annoucement of the winner on Saturday 16 September.
We have two bursaries of £150 each for two writers to review the prize exhibition, and one bursary of £200 for someone who would like to make a film response to the prize (interviews with the jurors/artists can be arranged).
If you would like to be considered for either of these opportunties please email interface@a-n.co.uk by Monday 16 August including a few words (no more that 300) about your interest in this project and if applying for the film bursary please provide links to previous writing film projects available to view on the internet, do not send moving image files.
