I work with technical pen as a rule; producing black and white drawings  mainly on flat 2D planes like paper. I am interested in personal desire, and how this has an impact on society and the planet; I feel there are strong links in the breadth of complexity within the sublime planet and the social activities of the human habitat. I am interested in raising awareness of environmental instability as an artist rather than an activist. I feel I have an argument to place with the anarchy of society. Neil Jefferies is a London based curator and writer who currently contributes to Aesthetica Magazine and londonMouth. He ran tactileBOSCH Gallery & Studios for two years before moving to London in 2010 to study an MFA in Curating at Goldsmiths, University of London.
