There are several ways to handle a Supermarket.
Make a shopping list and stick to it rigidly.
Make a shopping list and grab a few extra treats on the way.
Don’t have a list and select random items based on no plan at all.
Head for the hangover aisles.
Look for anything past its sell-by date.
Shoplift.
Don’t go near the place at all and support your local businesses.
You can try any and all of these throughout your visit. They’re all useful and the gifted shopper will realise which tactic to use at which time to get the best out of their experience.
