In Certain Places is a public art initiative in Preston, Lancashire, delivered in partnership between the Harris Museum & Art Gallery and the University of Central Lancashire. It was developed in response to the imminent regeneration of Preston City Centre and consists of three mutually supportive elements; the Lead Artist scheme, Here + Now and Talks and Debates.
