This opportunity is not intended for the production of new works for DVD, but rather to bring together existing material(s) for DVD distribution. We anticipate the material featured will probably be works made for camera or documentation of performances. In most cases, DVDs on-demand feature a compilation of a number of pieces. Conceive and run unusual training and professional development projects for other artists. Innovative and idiosyncratic projects are sought that offer something new to artists whose practices are grounded in challenging and unconventional approaches, forms and concepts. DIY projects may take any form, and be loosely or rigorously focused on an idea/theme. However, proposals that respond to one of the following themes are welcomed: Live Art, oil sponsorship and the Arab Spring; Live Art and Cornwall; Live Art and Whitstable Biennale; Live Art and Freedom; Live Art and Yorkshire Sculpture Park; Creating a space to fail.
