ELIA is issuing a call for proposals for short videos (1 or 3 minutes) within the context of the European Commission’s promotion of multilingualism. The competition is being organised as a contribution to the European Year of Creativity and Innovation 2009. Students are asked to develop artistic proposals for video works of either one minute or three minutes length. The proposal should reflect Europe’s linguistic diversity and the role played by different languages, inspired by the theme Creativity and Innovation. Read full listing…
