The DIY fringe aims to encourage artists who, through their own initiative, want to produce work for Folkestone's public spaces. You can use the DIY fringe to publicise what you are up to or, alternatively, you can use the DIY fringe to help develop and realise your ideas. There are no themes, categories or remits.
