Each original artist-made and artist-designed personal memorial artwork we offer, through retail channels worldwide, stands on its beauty alone and is as unique as the individual it will serve. Each embodies the creative spirit that produced it, and holds the promise of reminding us of a life we?e loved. All are intended to contain the shell-like particles and dust of cremated individuals, at least for a time. Ashes to Art is an international exhibition of contemporary funerary urns, vessels and personal memorial art in all media. Artists worldwide are invited to create original, beautiful objects that are intended to contain all, or a portion of, an individual's cremated remains. Artworks will be selected on the basis of originality, high quality, and success in honouring the unique characteristics of the individuals they may someday serve.
