Established by artists for artists, DACS is a not for profit visual arts rights management organisation. We exist to collect and distribute royalties to visual artists which in turn helps to sustain their practice and livelihood. We do this through our three rights management services: Payback, Copyright Licensing and Artist's Resale Right.
