WHO: critically engaged artists working with photography or video whose work links to the theme of Evidence are invited to apply.
WHAT:
call for submissions to a new photography festival in Bradford. Pop Up Art Space, Bradford is calling for submissions for an exhibition exploring the theme of Evidence. Evidence can demonstrate something; it can be used to prove something. Evidence plays a role in the law, medicine, and science. There can be circumstantial evidence, direct evidence or evidence that suggests truth as opposed to evidence that proves truth.
WHEN: The exhibition will be part of a photography initiative called Ways of Looking, a New Photography Festival in Bradford which will take place from 1–30 October 2011. Application deadline - 19 August 2011.
PAYMENTS: artist fee for exhibited work - £100.
