Artists international development fund
WHO: Artists based in England.
WHAT: The Artists' international development programme is a £750,000 fund, jointly funded by the British Council and Arts Council England. The programme offers early stage development opportunities for individual freelance and self employed artists based in England to spend time building links with artists, organisations and/or creative producers in another country.
PAYMENTS: Artists are able to apply for small grants (minimum of £1,000 up to £5,000)
DETAILS: The Artists' international development programme will have three rounds for applications in each financial year from March 2012 until February 2015. There will be three deadlines per financial year in May, October and February. Individual artists are invited to submit proposals that start and finish at any point within a financial year (April to March). Proposals submitted in February may finish before 31 March 2014.
