WHO: all artforms.
WHAT: artists, whose work addresses complex aesthetic, cultural or political issues, rarely find the necessary support to realize their ambitious projects. This is why the Kuenstlerstaette Schloss Bleckede wishes to offer these artists the opportunity to develop their work in the course of a residential scholarship of three or six months.
WHEN: 3 – 6 months (April until June or July until December) from 2009.
PAYMENTS: grant of 1,400 Euros per month. Running costs of €105 per month can be offset by donating one piece of work.
CHARGES: 15 Euro application fee.
DETAILS: studio and accommodation.
