WHO: Applications are welcome from makers producing original work.
WHAT: This annual event held at the Farnham Maltings, Surrey is a major craft event showcasing over 70 leading designer makers. The show is recognised by Arts Council South East as one of the premier craft events in the region. In 2009 the Festival will be one of the flagship events during 'Farnham Creates - a Season of Craft' with the New Ashgate Gallery, the Crafts Study Centre and the University College for the Creative Arts. The event will have a national and international profile.The selection process aims to offer visitors a variety of contemporary craft by innovative makers. The show offers opportunities to well established craft practitioners as well as first time exhibitors and graduates.
