WHAT: part time (0.4) Lecturer/2nd Year Tutor - BA (Hons) Art & Design Interdisciplinary

PAYMENTS: circa £24,500 pa

DETAILS: to undertake a key role as part of the course team, contributing to the future development and growth of the BA(hons) Art & Design Interdisciplinary course at Leeds College of Art and Design. The successful candidate will assist in the developing ethos, planning and delivery of the programme. Experience of teaching at HE or Foundation Diploma level including curriculum planning and pastoral care is essential along with excellent prioritising, administrative and organisational skills. In addition, applicants will have an understanding of an interdisciplinary approach to critical thinking and making, as well as verbal and written communication skills. Candidates may also have experience of collaboration, social engagement and working to commission. A relevant post graduate qualification or active research interest in a relevant subject would be desirable as would a recognised teaching qualification or the willingness to obtain one within two years of appointment.
