WHAT: Senior Lecturer in Photography (Digital Media Design)

PAYMENTS: £35,799 - £45,350 pa

DETAILS: to join the team delivering courses in the Digital Media Design subject area at University of Huddersfield, contributing to the learning and development of creative talent. Digital Media Design consists of a cluster of full time degree programmes including: Virtual Reality Design with Animation, Animation & Motion Graphics*, Multimedia Design, Photography, MA in Digital Media and postgraduate research. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in the school's high quality research and enterprise. Your role will include the delivery of technical and creative workshops, the teaching of theory and practice, research and concept generation and the professional execution of finished projects through studio tutorial support and lectures. Applicants will need a strong research driven creative practice, a lively personality and strong interpersonal skills in order to deliver high quality learning and research which enhances the excellent reputation of our work. Candidates will ideally have a PhD or PhD in prospect as well as a demonstrable commitment to research with high level research outputs and/or professional practice.
