WHO: Filmmakers
WHAT: Reading Experimental Film Festival are giving out three bursaries of £300 each to filmmakers for the Festival in October 2009. Productions must be independently produced, with the maker retaining complete editorial control and copyright. However the film must be premiered at REFF in October 2009. The film can be made in any format, but a finished copy should be transferred to DVD. The piece should be approximately 3 minutes long and as we are featuring Guy Sherwin performing “Man with Mirror”, it should relate to the theme of light. REFF is looking for new approaches to this theme.
PAYMENTS: A fee of £300 is offered. The fee is inclusive of all production costs.
