WHAT: The Impakt Foundation focuses on presenting and stimulating innovative audiovisual arts in an interdisciplinary context. Impakt organises the annual Impakt Festival which features the Panorama programme. This programme calls for cutting edge film and video productions which reflect the over riding themes of the festival. The theme outlined for this years 20th anniversary festival is the experience of time and speed influenced by social and technological developments.
