WHAT: part time (0.8) Senior Lecturer - BA (Hons) Photographic Arts
PAYMENTS: £30,271 - £35,071 pa
DETAILS: to take responsibility for the effective leadership, management, and administration of the Photographic Arts subject at University for the Creative Arts. Along with BA (Hons) Film & Video Arts and BA (Hons) Animation Arts, this course is part of the Fine Art Media cluster which draws from a fine art ethos, whereby site, screen and time-based practices set the framework. Interdisciplinary explorations between the three courses in the cluster are a key feature. The successful candidate will also contribute to the School of Fine Arts research culture. Experience of subject leadership at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, good verbal and written communication skills, organisational ability, personal initiative, and leadership skill are all essential. Applicants must be able to demonstrate sound evidence of professional practice and a wide-ranging knowledge of analogue and digital skills.
