Winners announced: NAN Bursaries June 2009
NAN is delighted to announce the winners of the 20th Round of NAN Go and See bursaries. Bursary winners will receive up to £500 each to visit like-minded artists' initiatives for reseach and development around artists' dialogue and networking.
a.a.s, Birmingham will travel to visit artists and artists' initiatives in Glasgow, whose work relates to their interest in creating new potentials for spaces, technologies and relationships for the future..
Intoart, London will also be Scotland-bound, visiting Art Trek, a like-minded artist group, in order to to develop dialogue about shared aims and objectives in a different environment. .
Matt Roberts Arts, London will travel to Sweden and Denmark to meet with artist-led groups Galleri 60e in Umea, Concrete Poetry, Spanien 19c and V1 Gallery in Copenhagen, as part of their ongoing research into ideas of difference, and the uncanny.
