Winners announced: NAN Bursaries March 2010
NAN is delighted to announce the winners of the 22nd Round of NAN Go and See bursaries. Bursary winners will receive up to £500 each to visit like-minded artists' initiatives for reseach and development around artists' dialogue and networking.
AIM, Huddersfield , a creative sanctuary for artists with acute and enduring mental health problems, will visit Core Arts in Hackney, a like-minded organisation, for an exchange of work and ideas.
Artichoke, Colne will visit Dynamic Community Arts in Birmingham and Green Close Studios in Melling as part of their Project Our Place (POP) initiative in Blackburn Town Centre.
Artists Parents Talking, Huddersfield will travel around the North of England as part of their research into supporting artists who are also parents.
Black Dogs, Leeds will meet like-minded artists and arts organisations Intercity Mainline UK, The Royal Standard in- Liverpool, 0100101110101101.org in Italy, Eleanor Barrett in London and Encounters in Sheffield.
Cocollab, Bristol will visit The Minnesota Center for Book Arts for research and development exploring artist publishing initiatives.
