Richard studied Textiles at The Royal College of Art (2006 - 08) and Embroidery at Manchester School of Art (2002 - 05). His work reflects a pre-occupation with process and its ritualistic and repetitive nature. Using a limited vocabulary of mark making he explores the subtle differences that emerge within the repetition process.
