help & FAQs Why can't you do everything in printed publications like you used to?

Like everyone else we have had cuts. We have to find ways to "make ends meet" without increasing our charges. We have to invest in the R&D that creates the new products and services you'll need in future. Where online publication provides a more comprehensive service - with 24/7 access and the opportunity for you to post and comment - we'll be using this rather than print as the dissemination route.

help & FAQs Why can't I open the pdf version of a-n Magazine? It says there is a file error.

A few subscribers are having a problem with the pdf version of a-n Magazine.

One problem at least is with Mac OS10.4.11 to OS10.5.5 running on the older PowerPC rather the Intel based Macs. There seems to be an incompatibility between the pdfs our Adobe product is generating and the "Reader" built into the Mac system.

If you are using Mac with the above specs - then a way round the issue is to install Adobe's free acrobat reader - you will need to select the right version for your mac.
