Mandy Barrie has been appointed Head of Arts in a reorganised DCMS. DCMS Head of Arts Policy Kirsty Leith has added responsibility for Find Your Talent to her portfolio (new News story in this issue). Amanda Ritson has become Visual Arts Officer (Media) at Arts Council England North East with outgoing officer Rebecca Shatwell moving on to become Director of newly-established Arts Council RFO AV Festival. Sally Lai has been appointed as Chinese Arts Centre's CEO; she was Curator there 2002-05. Jack Fortescue has moved from Engage to Acme. Pauline Tambling has moved at Creative & Cultural Skills from Executive Director of Programme to Chief Operating Officer.
