There is no theme as our aim is to create an interesting and diverse exhibition that will reflect some of the best work emerging from educational institutions today. We will accept applications of work in any medium. All selected artists will automatically be considered for a residency at Islington Arts Factory which will include a free studio space for 9 months culminating in a solo exhibition in 2014. Islington Arts Factory is looking for a Board Member to take responsibility for the visual arts provision within the organisation. Call for Entries - The Summer Salon welcomes a diverse range of contributions and will create a launch pad for up and coming artists from a variety of backgrounds. Curation of the exhibition is inspired by the 18th Century French Salons, with floor to ceiling hanging.
