WHO: students of colleges and universities from all over the world.
WHAT: international craft film contest open to students of colleges and universities worldwide. Entries should be 8 to 10 minutes long on craft-based topics provided by World Crafts Council.
PAYMENTS: the three best films will receive a citation and cash award of USD10,000, USD5,000 and USD3,000 respectively.
