WHO: persons with a relevant art qualification or an artistic background. Knowledge of sculpture or photography would be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, ie ability to form good working relationships with students, staff and suppliers.
WHAT: the position offers professional development within education and the possibility to develop own practice. The main functions are to support a team of three Art Teachers in the running of three art studios, the dark room and project area and the maintenance of departmental material and resources.
WHEN: 45 weeks per annum including term time. The position could either be full-time or part-time, eg 20 hours per week. Applications close Monday 14 June 2010.
PAYMENTS: salary will be dependant on skills and background.
